Warranty Policy

1. Standard Warranty Coverage
All OyaFix repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering:
- Parts used in the repair
- Labor and workmanship
- Defects related to the original repair
- Functionality of repaired components
2. What is Covered
The warranty covers:
- Faulty parts installed during repair
- Workmanship defects in the repair performed
- Same issue recurring if related to our repair
- Installation errors or improper assembly
3. What is NOT Covered
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Physical Damage: Drops, cracks, or impact damage after repair
- Liquid Damage: Water or liquid exposure after repair
- Misuse: Improper use, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
- Natural Wear: Normal wear and tear over time
- Unrelated Issues: Problems not related to the original repair
- Third-Party Repairs: Damage from repairs by other technicians
- Software Issues: OS updates, app problems, or user-induced software issues
4. Parts Warranty
Parts warranty varies by type:
- Genuine OEM Parts: 90-day warranty
- High-Quality Aftermarket: 90-day warranty
- Standard Aftermarket: 60-day warranty
- Customer-Supplied Parts: No warranty on parts, labor only
5. Shop Products Warranty
Products purchased from our shop:
- New Parts: Manufacturer warranty (usually 6-12 months)
- Accessories: 30-day warranty against defects
- Refurbished Items: 90-day warranty
6. Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim:
- Contact OyaFix within the warranty period
- Provide your repair receipt and device
- Describe the issue in detail
- Our technician will diagnose the problem
- If covered, repair at no charge
- If not covered, quote provided for additional work
7. Warranty Conditions
To maintain warranty validity:
- Keep your repair receipt (required for warranty service)
- Do not attempt self-repair or modifications
- Do not have the device repaired elsewhere
- Report issues promptly within the warranty period
- Use device according to manufacturer guidelines
8. Warranty Limitations
This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts/labor. OyaFix is not liable for consequential damages, data loss, or loss of use. Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the original repair.
9. Multiple Warranty Claims
If the same issue occurs three times under warranty, OyaFix will assess whether the device is repairable. If deemed unrepairable, a refund of the original repair cost may be issued at our discretion.
10. Warranty Transfer
Warranties are non-transferable. The warranty applies only to the original customer who paid for the repair.
11. Extended Warranty
Optional extended warranty plans (up to 1 year) may be available for purchase at an additional cost. Ask our staff for details.
