By accessing and using OyaFix's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

OyaFix provides device repair services, sale of genuine and aftermarket parts, and related technical support services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Smartphone, tablet, and computer repairs
• Screen replacements and component repairs
• Software troubleshooting and updates
• Sale of genuine and compatible parts
• Free diagnostic services

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your device and its issues
• Back up your data before service (OyaFix is not responsible for data loss)
• Remove passwords, locks, and security features when dropping off devices
• Pay for services rendered in accordance with our pricing
• Pick up repaired devices within 30 days of completion notification

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change. Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, bank transfers, and card payments. Diagnostic fees (if any) will be disclosed upfront.

5. Service Limitations

OyaFix reserves the right to:

• Refuse service on devices we deem unrepairable or unsafe
• Decline repairs on stolen or suspiciously obtained devices
• Modify repair estimates if additional issues are discovered
• Use compatible aftermarket parts when genuine parts are unavailable

6. Warranty Terms

Repairs come with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse after repair. See our Warranty Policy for complete details.

7. Limitation of Liability

OyaFix shall not be liable for any data loss, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the OyaFix website, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of OyaFix and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and device data.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

OyaFix reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
