Refund Policy

1. Repair Services Refund Policy

For repair services:

  • Before Repair: Full refund if you cancel before work begins
  • During Repair: Partial refund minus labor costs if work is in progress
  • After Repair: No refund, but warranty coverage applies if issues arise
  • Diagnostic Fee: Non-refundable if diagnostic work has been completed

2. Shop Products Refund Policy

For parts and accessories purchased from our shop:

  • 7-Day Return: Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days
  • Defective Products: Full refund or replacement for defective items within 30 days
  • Wrong Item: Full refund or exchange if we shipped the wrong product
  • Restocking Fee: 10% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Software installation and updates
  • Data recovery services (successful or not)
  • Diagnostic fees after service is performed
  • Shipping and handling charges
  • Parts installed during customer-approved repairs
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within the eligible refund period
  2. Provide order number and reason for refund
  3. Return items (if applicable) in original condition
  4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  5. Refunds issued to original payment method

5. Warranty vs. Refund

If a repair fails within the warranty period (90 days), you are entitled to a free re-service, not a refund. Refunds are only issued if the issue cannot be resolved after reasonable attempts.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a repair order:

  • Before Diagnosis: No charge
  • After Diagnosis, Before Repair: Diagnostic fee applies
  • During Repair: Labor costs up to cancellation point apply
  • After Repair: Cancellation not applicable, warranty applies

7. Defective Repair Guarantee

If a repair we perform is defective or fails due to our workmanship within 90 days, we will re-service the device at no charge. If the issue persists after three attempts, a full refund of the repair cost may be issued.

8. Shipping Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or a defective product. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

9. Refund Timeline

Once approved:

  • Processing: 2-3 business days
  • Bank processing: 5-7 business days
  • Total time: Up to 10 business days

10. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for shop products if you receive a defective item or wrong product. Exchanges are processed faster than refunds (typically 3-5 business days).
